This intimate, luxury, family lodge is owner-managed, and offers a variety of en suite accommodation which includes a family suite featuring a lounge, tea/coffee making facility, microwave, fridge, and washing up area. The self-contained luxury cottage, which sleeps 4 adults, consists of a self-contained kitchen with open plan living area, private pool, barbecue and entertainment area. This is ideal for honeymooners, couples travelling together or families with teenagers. No children under 8 years of age are permitted due to a high balustrade. In addition are 6 twin rooms in stand-alone buildings, each equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, electronic safes, hair dryers, heated towel rails, overhead fans, panel room heaters, and private verandas. Lodge facilities are a colonial main lounge/communal dining area linked by a central fireplace, and adorned with historical memorabilia and collection of Africana for guests to enjoy. Wi-fi access is available in the main lounge. There are also a sheltered swimming pool, croquet lawn, sunrise viewing deck, and a sundowner viewing point. Meals include fresh farm ingredients sourced locally or grown on site. All dietary options are catered for. |
