7 day South African Golf Safari

**This is a suggested itinerary which can be tailored to suit you perfectly, and can accommodate both golfers and non-golfers, with numerous activities and excursions being available.**
Day 01
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be assisted with a private road transfer to the One&Only Cape Town for 2 nights. Accommodation here will be in a Marina Table Mountain Room and is offered on a two-night bed & breakfast basis with dinner as an optional extra.
You will have the rest of the afternoon to enjoy the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront for a lovely late afternoon lunch and you will also find some of South Africa’s top retail stores here for shopping.

Day 02
After breakfast the golfers will be assisted with a private road transfer to the sublime Pearl Valley golf course, hidden between the Simonsberg and Drakenstein Mountains, designed by the legendary Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus.
Relax and enjoy a tour of the Winelands in the afternoon including wine sampling of South Africa’s finest award-winning wines. **Winelands tour and lunch at one of the many fine dining establishments in the area is an optional extra

Day 03
Today you will be privately transferred to South Africa’s whale watching capital, Hermanus; here you’ll be stopping off at Arabella Golf and Country Estate for your next round of golf at the breathtaking Arabella Golf Club.
At Arabella you will spend one night in a Deluxe Double Room on a bed and breakfast basis. The estate and course are home to a variety of spectacular fauna and flora including 147 bird species and the odd wild antelope.

Day 04
After an early morning start, you will be transferred back to Cape Town International Airport where you will board a flight to Nelspruit International Airport. Here you will board another light aircraft for a short flight to Skukuza Airstrip.
Your private transfer will take you to Jock’s Safari Lodge in a private concesion within the Kruger National Park. Here you will enjoy two nights’ at Main Jock on a full board basis, including scheduled game activities and local beverages.

Day 05
After an early morning breakfast, the golfers will be transferred to Leopard Creek Country Club on a scenic 1-hour drive through Kruger National Park. The non-golfers can remain behind and enjoy an early morning guided Safari.
Leopard Creek is currently rated as the number one golf course in South Africa by Golf Digest (2012). It is ranked 80th on the 2011 World Top 100 ranking list. Optional extra: Light aircraft and helicopter transfers are also available at an additional cost

Day 06
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, you will be assisted with a private road transfer to Skukuza Airstrip where you will board a light aircraft at 13h00 for your flight to OR Tambo International Airport.
You will be assisted with a private road transfer to the Sandton Sun hotel where you will be spending one night in a standard room on bed and breakfast basis. We have reserved the rest of the afternoon for shopping in Sandton City, Johannesburg’s premier retail area.

Day 07You will be assisted with a private transfer back to O R Tambo International Airport where you bid a fond farewell and board your flight back home, or, if you have more time, perhaps consider extending your holiday to include a safari in Botswana's Okavango Delta or Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls.
