Breakfast and lunch are presented in buffet-style and offer a wide range of international choices. In the morning you can choose from a full ‘English Breakfast' as well as European options, while lunch menus will typically include meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian options.
The table d'hôte dinner menus feature a salad buffet, soup, entrée, pudding, cheese and biscuits and tea or coffee. A selection of vegetarian dishes is always provided. The majority of the meat and dairy products, fruits and vegetables are sourced from the communities that surround the reserve.
The wine list offers a broad selection of old- and new-world wines, and local and imported beers and spirits. Also available are a wide range of soft drinks including an array of freshly-made local fruit juices, Tanzanian coffee and tea, as well as fruit and herbal infusions.
Camp activities include night and day game drives in custom built open-sided safari vehicles. Other wildlife excursions include family boat safaris, guided walks and family breakfasts in the reserve. Culturally interactive trips to local villages and/or schools, and cultural dancing and heritage displays can also be arranged.
High on the bank of the river is an ‘infinity’ pool and sundeck where you can enjoy swimming supervised by a qualified lifeguard. A wide selection of board games and books on Africa and the wilderness are available. Professional nature guides offer nightly talks and video presentations on wildlife.
Additional camp services include 24-hour medical service, children's meals and beds, and babysitting.

The Lodge is in the Selous National Reserve, which is 45 minute's flight from Dar es Salaam International Airport. A meet and greet service is offered from Stiegler's Airstrip, which is a half-hour's game drive away from the lodge.
