Narina Lodge is perched above the banks of the Sabie River in the Tinga Game Reserve, one of only 7 private concessions in the Kruger National Park, and which has a high concentration of black rhino. It has access to both the Sabie and Sand Rivers thereby enhancing the diversity of game viewing.
The lodge is amongst a canopy of 100 year old fig trees, and is constructed almost exclusively out of wood, offering you a space which is comfortable, elegant and most importantly a sense that the lodge fits perfectly into the natural surrounds. Each of the 9 suites is completely private with views out over the Sabie River, where game viewing can be done from the comfort of your own private plunge pool. These private pools and outdoor showers all add to a sense of being so close yet so cocooned in the simple elegant luxury. All suites include air conditioning, fan, mosquito nets, indoor and outdoor showers, in-room safe, mini bar, hair dryer, and telephone. Wi Fi and satellite TV are available in the public guest area. A laundry service is provided at extra cost. |
The perfect complement to the Narina experience is a night out under the stars. But this is no ordinary night. You are suspended beneath the Milky Way, over the African plains below – all on your own.
The numerous activities are morning and evening game drives in open safari vehicles, bush walks, bird watching, astronomy, bush breakfasts and dinners, river walks, safari lunches, wildlife lectures, and boma dinners.
Extra activities include spa treatments, golf, hot air ballooning, helicopter flights, private safaris, cultural village visits and elephant interaction experiences.
Children 10 years and older are welcome at Narina Lodge, where there are many activities to entertain them.
Regrettably Narina Lodge is not suitable for disabled guests.
