Kwara camp overlooks a secluded lagoon in the northern Okavango Delta adjacent to Moremi Game Reserve. This region allows access to the permanent waterways of the Delta as well as expansive dry land areas, admired for their quality game viewing.
The camp accommodates a maximum of 16 guests in 8 traditionally styled en suite tents on raised decks, each offering superb views of the lagoon.
Towering African ebony and mangosteen trees ensure that the camp is always cool while the hundreds of birds add to the feeling of serenity.
A wide variety of activities include both day and night game drives, mokoro trips, as well as power boating and fishing (spinning equipment is provided but fly fisherman need to bring their own equipment).
Game walks are slow comfortable strolls meant to provide you with a chance to experience the wilderness at a natural pace. Any walk can be combined with a game drive or mokoro and the length of walk can be adjusted to suit your personal desires or level of fitness.
There are special ‘Family Safaris’ which are equipped with their own private vehicle and dedicated guide and tracker who are assigned to take care of guests on game drives as well as in camp, and provide programmes designed specifically for the requirements of each individual family.
