Kigoma Hilltop Hotel is on a remote outcrop amongst acres of  lush gardens with beautiful views overlooking Lake Tanganyika.

Scattered along the edge of the hilltop are 30 cottage type rooms offering a range of configurations, facilities and amenities.   Each has its own private veranda.

The hotel provides an ideal venue for hosting intimate wedding ceremonies.

Conference facilities, a gym and a flower shaped swimming pool are all within the public area.

A variety of dishes including freshly caught Nile Perch are served at the thatched open-deck poolside restaurant which overlooks the lake, whereas the Sangara Restaurant offers an authentic Indian menu.

For the energetic, there is a tennis court, as well as a variety of water sports to choose from.   Set off from the private beach and enjoy snorkelling to appreciate the variety of fish in the lake.   Fishing excursions, boat safaris and jet skiing are also on offer.
