Kapamba Bushcamp is located in the remote, southern part of the South Luangwa National Park, and situated on the banks of the Kapamba River in a peaceful, secluded area.
Accommodation comprises open-fronted guest chalets, each featuring wrought iron gates drawn across in the evenings to protect them from any unwanted night visitors.
The en suite bathrooms have a double-sized sunken stone bath and twin showers, and are also open-fronted, enabling you to unwind in a hot tub with the Kapamba River in full view.
Activities on offer are guided walks, and day and night game drives.
Children of 12 years and older are welcome. However, as children under 12 years are not permitted to go on walking safaris in the park, families travelling with children aged 11 years and younger will need to book the entire camp on an exclusive basis.
They are also required to hire a private guide and vehicle for the duration of their stay, as this enables the adults to go on walking safaris while the younger children can enjoy game drives with the guide in the extra vehicle.
