Kana Kara Camp is situated in the northern region of the Delta with the safari area straddling the area between the Selinda spillway and the Vumbura River.
This camp accommodates 10 guests in 5 Meru-style tents with en suite facilities and an outdoor shower.
Each tent is positioned to command uninterrupted views of the northern delta.
All meals are prepared on open fires in view of the guests at the camp’s open air boma on the banks of the lagoon. This provides an authentic safari feel while dining under the stars.
Activities at Kana Kara Camp involve a morning mokoro trip together with a walk to explore a few of the numerous islands.
On-foot safaris offer you the thrill of encountering wildlife at close range.
Afternoon activities include game drives with a sundowner stop where you can enjoy refreshments while watching the sunset.
