Horseback safaris provide another perspective on game viewing. These rides last either 1 or 2 hours and also cater for guests with little or no previous riding experience.
However, more skilled riders have the opportunity to embark on a 2 day safari where they can track some of the Big Five whilst also following other game. After landing the passengers re-join their ranger to drive through the reserve for breakfast in the bush or at the lodge.
Bush picnics and dinners can also be enjoyed in magical surroundings and bush venues, especially at Boekenhout and the breathtaking Hanglip view point.

Some of the many other activities and facilities on offer are boat cruises, helicopter flights, paintball, abseiling, quad biking, a swimming pool, wellness centre, viewing deck and game/bird hide.
