Elephants Eye is situated 13 km from the entrance to Hwange National Park in a private concession.
This beautiful setting overlooks a waterhole frequented by elephants and a host of other wild game.
The lodge accommodates a maximum of 16 guests in 8 tented chalets all with double/twin beds surrounded by mosquito netting, and en suite bathrooms with a bath, basins, and an outdoor shower.
Each chalet faces the waterhole, and there is a guide on site to escort you to and from communal areas and chalets.
The guest areas provide a dining facility, bar, communal boma, curio shop, a safe, and an eco swimming pool.
Activities include day and night game drives, eco and educational guided walks, bird watching, and sundowners at a waterhole and hide.
You can also visit the Painted Dog Centre which is involved in the conservation of these beautiful and endangered African wild dogs.
